Refund Policy

Refunds shall be processed in the mode and manner mentioned below:

1 . The request of the refund shall be validated by our team.

2. Refund will be issued as a credit in the form of coupon code only.

3. Coupon code will be processed within 3 working days from the day we receives the returned products or the confirmation of cancellation of the orders. The validity of coupon is lifetime.

4. A customer cannot apply more than one coupon code while placing an order and hence orders that are placed using the refund coupon code will not be able to apply any other offer coupon code.

Cancellation of your order:

• Orders once placed on our website are only eligible for cancellation until they are shipped from our warehouse.
• For COD orders, we will call you for order confirmation before shipping. Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded as per customers choice of receiving a refund-coupon-code or refund in your original payment mode. (5% deduction as PG charges)
